The Dynamic Shortss uniquely knitted fabric, allows you to size down by up to 2 sizes while still staying squat proof. We don't recommend sizing down 2 sizes though, as it'd be a little snug, and our Dynamic Leggings fit true to size. but we understand how important squat proofness is.
We've used a ribbed high & wide waist band, with the ideal stretch, to give you the perfect amount of hold on your waist, removing any need to keep adjusting your leggings, while not being overly compressive and uncomfortable.
